Rules
The bird houses will be built in materials resisting bad weather, to assure the birds their food during winter.
The houses will be given back to their owners at the end of the Festival
The regional and national press will print articles on the Festival.
Use your hammer, nails and, most of all, your imagination!
The organisation of the Festival reserves itself the right to modify the rules.
